Who we are

Forecourt Hub is a product of B2B AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17498350, registered office 2 Murtwell Drive, Chigwell, England, IG7 5ED. We are the controller of the details you send through this website. Contact us at hello@forecourthub.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, work email, phone number if you give it, company, number of sites, your choice of walkthrough or order link, and your message.

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. We use your IP address only to limit repeated form submissions, and we do not keep it.

The map at the top of the home page is drawn from OpenStreetMap data served by OpenFreeMap. To show it, your browser asks OpenFreeMap for the map tiles, so OpenFreeMap sees your IP address.

Giving your details is optional, but we need them to reply.

Why we use it

To reply to your request: to arrange a walkthrough, or to check how many sites to set up and send an order link. We may follow up on your request by email or phone. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering a business enquiry you chose to send (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). When you ask for an order link, we also use your details to take steps you asked for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

We do not add you to a marketing list. We never sell your details.

Where it goes

The form is sent by email to our business mailbox, so your enquiry is kept in our Google Workspace mailbox, not on the website. The footer’s line about Cloudflare’s EU network is about the Forecourt Hub product itself. Cloudflare and Google act as our processors, under data processing terms that include the UK’s safeguards for any transfer outside the UK.

How long we keep it

We delete the email 12 months after we last hear from you. If you become a customer, your details are kept for as long as the agreement needs them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct, delete or restrict them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@forecourthub.co.uk and we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
